  1. STOCK

The items for sale are subject to existing stock, and orders will be processed as soon as we receive notification or proof of payment. In case of stock shortage, we will inform the customer and suggest alternatives.

  1. PRICES

Product prices are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. All prices available on the Quinta São José do Barrilário Site may be changed without prior notice and are always subject to stock shortage. Prices updated on 18/09/2024.

  1. PORTES DE ENVIO

The shipping cost is calculated according to the operator’s fixed table for Mainland Portugal and varies according to the total weight of the order (according to the table below). Shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than €75 or weighing more than 12 kg with delivery in Mainland Portugal. For other destinations, you should contact us by email at reservations@barrilario.com to request a shipping quote.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

Quinta São José do Barrilário offers the User the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard credit cards, and MultiBanco reference. By clicking on “Pay Now,” the customer confirms that the credit card is theirs or that they are the legitimate owner of the gift card or payment card. The various types of payment are subject to verifications and authorizations by the issuing entities, but if they do not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize any Contract with the customer.

  1. DELIVERIES

After confirming the order payment and product stock, the shipment will be made to the address provided by the customer. In general, delivery operated through our partners will be made within 48 to 72 hours in Mainland Portugal.

  1. DAMAGED GOODS

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, you should immediately return it to the transport company, properly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note, and immediately notify Quinta São José do Barrilário.
