TASTING NOTES
Pale pink wine with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, redcurrant, and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and elegant.

Food Pairing
It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with lighter dishes such as chicken salads, smoked salmon, pasta, sushi, and other Asian dishes. Aged cheeses.

Vinification
Open spout vinification. Crushing and pressing of the grapes. Must decanted for 24 hours. Fermentation with the addition of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC.

Barrel Aging
6 months in French oak barrels.
