TASTING NOTES
White wine with a greenish-citrus color. Very fresh aroma of citrus fruits (lemon and lime) with a subtle touch of fresh wood. On the palate, it shows great structure and volume, with well-present acidity, a long finish, and persistence. Excellent aging potential.

Food Pairing
Pairs very well with composed salads (Caprese, chicken, smoked salmon), roasted and grilled fatty fish dishes, brothy rice dishes, and lean meats.

Vinification
Direct pressing of the grapes and use of free-run juice in a reductive environment.

Aging
Wine blend obtained by combining wine aged in 5,000-liter French oak vats with wine aged for 6 to 7 months in a stainless steel tank with oak staves.
